Please find below answers to our most commonly asked questions regarding our current operational procedures.
Q. Do Customers have to buy a meal at a cafe, pub or restaurant to go out for drinks?
A. Yes. Restaurants, cafes, pubs, registered and licenced clubs, RSL clubs and hotels can open for dining in, with a maximum of 10 customers. We have menu boards displayed to minimise handheld items our menu caters for Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten Free guests.
Q. Is there a time cap on bookings or are we able to stick around and have a few drinks on the terrace?
A. Each booking time slot is 85 minutes which includes a Private Oche Booth for your group and a dedicated booth host (Our standard Darts booking at Oche Is for 85 minutes) Guests are asked to arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to their allocated time and will be required to vacate the venue once their Oche reservation time is complete. Extensions are welcome on the day dependent on availability.
Q. Will your staff be adhering to Social Distancing guidelines?
A. Yes. We’ve dramatically increased our procedures and will be operating on an internal rostered system which allocates individual team members to areas inside the venue, this ensures there is minimal contact with other guests in the venue and any of our staff outside of your booth host.
Q. How do we know the Oche Booths have been cleaned prior to our arrival?
A. Each Oche will display a prior/post disinfectant sanitisation check sheet which shows when the last sanitisation took place – all staff have been trained in the correct way to disinfectant booth surfaces and We have increased the time between bookings to allow our hosts time thoroughly wipe before the next guests arrive. Each Oche will also have its own pump bottle sanitiser dispensers.
Sanitisation Station – Guests will be asked to sanitize their hands upon arrival and will also have access to sanitiser in their reserved Oche Booth. All staff are required to wash hands throughout their shift.
Safe Distance – Our booths provide a safe distance between each participating group. 1.5mtr long darts will be displayed across the venue to showcase the space required between guests.
1 set of Darts per player – We’ve increased the number of darts on site to allow each customer to have their own set of sanitised darts. Each set will be delivered and sanitised by your host with guests receiving their own dart canister for the duration of their stay.
Cutlery Free – We’ve always been a cutlery free venue, but this added feature allows guests to feel safe that if they take care of their own hygiene, they do not have to worry about potentially contaminated cutlery.
Drink Service – We will only serve drinks at each Oche, service at the main bar or any area outside for your Oche booth will be refused.
Cashless – We are 100% cashless in the venue to decrease any potential spread.
