You (guest) can book playing time at Oche Amsterdam B.V. (Oche Amsterdam), safely and efficiently at www.oche.com/nl/amsterdam/booking/ You choose what time, day and how many guests you want to bring. Booking of playing time is prepaid, and you will receive the booking reference by email. The booking reference is used when you arrive at the venue.

Age limit The age limit at Oche is 20 years after 8pm, due to the serving of liquor. You have to be at the age of 20 in order to reserve time to play darts. When you agree to our terms and conditions, you confirm that your age is our age limit or above. In case of doubt, the staff members at Oche will make a final decision on whether or not you are allowed to continue playing.

Payment In order to confirm your booking, you will have to pay in advance. Please fill in your full name, phone number and email in the booking. You will thereafter complete the payment online. The payment is considered successful when you confirm the purchase. The total amount displayed before confirming the purchase includes all expenses and taxes associated with the purchase, transactions take place immediately and all transactions are in EUR. You can use a bank card or other available payment solutions to pre-pay for your booking.

Prepaid games are non-refundable

You agree that your booking is final and that you are not able to cancel or ask for reimbursement from Oche Amsterdam B.V. (Oche Amsterdam), except as expressly provided in these terms and conditions. Any desired alteration of booking time must be communicated to the venue 72 hours in advance of reservation, with approved confirmation and is subject to availability.  After this time has passed reservation start time cannot be altered.  Reserved and unused time is not refundable. You will not be issued a refund for unused time if you are, refused admission or removed from the venue due to being overly intoxicated (or by acting in a manner that is deemed as grounds for denial of access or expulsion) and are not entitled to a refund of the booking which can no longer be used.

Pre-ordered food

You can pre-order food through our booking department via email ([email protected]) or by phone (+31 20 800 3505). All food pre-orders must be made within 72 hours of your reservation. Any changes in the number of dishes or the number of persons must be notified within 72 hours before the booking starts. Otherwise, the pre-booking will be charged in full.
