The person to whom these terms and conditions are addressed will be referred to as the “Client”, “you” or “your”.
1. Services
1.1 The Caterer agrees to provide services to the Client for the booking of a space (part of, or the entire venue) for a special occasion (such as a birthday), known as the “Event”. Events can only be booked in advance. Our Events Team may contact you to confirm requirements. Events have different rules than those for standard bookings.
1.2 For this Event, the Caterer agrees to provide food and entertainment (through games such as darts and/or shuffleboards).
1.3 Please note that all reserved gameplay sessions include a short reset period. As such, the active gameplay time will be up to five (5) minutes shorter than the total period for which the gaming area is reserved. For example, a two-hour darts booking will provide up to one hour and fifty-five minutes (1h 55m) of active gameplay from the reservation time. This reset time allows for safe handover and preparation for subsequent bookings.
2. Deposit
2.1 The Client is required to pay a deposit of 25% of the total charges for the Event (unless otherwise agreed in writing), referred to as the “Deposit”.
2.2 The Deposit is non-refundable and must be paid in full at the point the invoice is issued, and no later than 10 days prior to the scheduled Event start date.

3.3 The balance of the total charges for the Event is due 14 days prior to the Event.
4. Guests
4.1 The Client agrees to provide the total number of guests at the time of booking. Any changes must be notified 72 hours before the Event start time. Requests to increase guest numbers are subject to availability of additional space.

5.2 Requests for minor changes to numbers or pre-orders must be notified within 72 hours before the Event.
6. Cancellation Policy
6.1 The Client may cancel the Agreement 14 days prior to the Event and will be entitled to a refund minus the Deposit. If postponed more than 14 days prior (or 30 days in December), the Deposit may be transferred to a new date within three months of the original booking.
6.2 Cancellation or rescheduling less than 14 days prior (or 30 days in December) makes the Client responsible for the full balance, including catering minimums.
6.3 Cancellation within this period results in forfeiture of the total charges, including the Deposit.
6.4 If the Client postpones their booking, the refund policy in 6.1 no longer applies.
6.5 Any pre-agreed minimum spend may change if the Event is postponed.
7. Refunds
7.1 No refunds, transfers, or credits are available for reductions in final numbers once confirmed or paid. Gameplay cannot be transferred to food or beverage credit.

If either party cannot perform obligations due to Force Majeure (fire, flood, war, government action, etc.), neither party shall be liable for consequential damages. Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled Event.
